Had a car accident that needed a fix — was referred to this location. Thankfully this location has a relationship with their local enterprise making pick-up/drop-off simple to get from location to location. We worked with Zion D. who was amazing to communicate with — particularly with our concerns. I’ve had previous cars where auto body shop’s replacement parts didn’t fit perfectly OR had a small, but noticeable difference OR those replacement parts had corroded faster than the original pieces. So this time around, I had requested in-person for replacement parts to be Original (OEM) Parts rather than After Market Parts. Zion was thorough in answering questions and ordered parts as we discussed and have coverage for those pieces after they’ve completed the work. To add, Crash Champions Elgin was great in reaching out by text for updates and emailed if they needed some clarification. Overall awesome work, awesome customer service — would definitely go back!

They fixed my Civic. they did a hack job on the on my car The door color did not match they told me to bring it back hoping they got my back obiously this Manager John has no work ethic and certainly dont care about your satisfaction i have to pay extra To correct their own mistake. they should have include that job in the beginning of an estimate making excuses not to correct their error…. I will never recommend this place and not going back. I will escalate my experience in socila media.

I believe that Crash Champions in Elgin are by far the best collision repair shop I have ever taken my vehicles to. Unfortunately, I didn't find them until after my kids grew up, that would have been a big help in those days, but I have had to use them a few times for myself. The customer service is the best; they listen to you beyond what they have to to put you at ease. The estimates are precise and I honestly believe to be beyond fair. If they can do better on their estimate they do! Who does that?! The most important thing to me, is that their work is impeccable. Every detail. Not only did they do a great job on my crunched passenger side, my Jeep had cosmetic add on pieces that I knew I would have to put back on myself when I got it back, but no, they put them back on. Even replaced my turn signal indicator bulb that I didn't even mention. They made me love my Jeep again. I would never go anywhere else. They take such pride in their work and it shows. They're stuck with me!

Crash Champions - Elgin⁠ has fixed my car twice now after two different accidents, and they’ve been great both times. The repairs were done really well, and everyone there was super helpful and easy to work with. I also loved that there’s a rental car place right on-site with plenty of cars to choose from—it made everything so much easier. They finished the first repair right on time, and the second one just a few days later (not their fault). They kept me updated the whole way, which I really appreciated. Honestly, this is the body shop for me and my family. We’ll definitely keep coming back and recommending them to our friends.

State Farm gave me the option of choosing the body shop. I looked at several different body shops and read there reviews. All of them had bad reviews I came across crash champions and they only had 2 negative reviews but it was customers complaining about how there car wasn’t ready on time or that parts didn’t get to the shop on time, people need understand that it takes a lot time to get fixed if you want it to be done right. The shop kept me updated by text which is really convenient knowing how’s the process going. They took 1 week and I was really happy with it, looks better then before the accident. I had Camaro fixed once at a different shop and they took almost a month. 1 week was pretty fast for me. They did an amazing job they fixed every little detail. This is going be the only body shop I go to from now on. As long as my insurance covers it
